Flexibility in production resulting in high yield

Several of our machines are unique and developed internally in order to maintain a highly automated production.

We constantly improve these processes in order to secure high and consistent quality of high yields. Furthermore, our machines have the flexibility to deliver the logos in several different ways, which makes them easy adaptable to customer production lines.

We deliver most logos on rolls with multiple rows logos, as required by customer automatic logo mounting machinery. We can, however, also deliver strips of logos or individual logos, if required. 

We have a fully equipped tool shop where we produce all our tooling needed for the production of the nameplates. This enables us to quickly react to customer needs and in the case of tool breakdown immediately repair any kind of tool.

Our tool shop is using a CAM system (EdgeCam) where we are able to directly transfer data from the design system to our machines. This means saving time and elimination of a lot of possible errors. It also assures that we are able to save programmes and hereby duplicate tooling parts.
