Quality - a Corporate Key Value
In all aspects, quality is a key factor in our relationship to our external and internal customers and has been choosen to be a Corporate Key Value. At Kibsgaard, great importance is attached to our quality concept, which means that Acceptable Quality Levels, PPM levels, and Limit Samples are defined in close cooperation with customers - and implemented in the entire organisation in order to meet the expectations of the customer - as a minimum.
Since August 2000, Kibsgaard has been EN/ISO9001:2000 certified and has established a Management System focusing on value-adding processes. In our daily business reliability, speed, innovation, and communication are key factors. We believe in preventing rather than detecting, and a Zero-Defect-philosophy is applied to all processes of our management system.

Kibsgaard wishes to appear as a green company, and we consider environmental sustainability and creditability decisive parameters in our way of conducting business. This is stated in our Environmental Management System - planned for EN/ISO14001-certification during first quarter of 2009.
